These include tools such as Elyser, Madaster, and CAALA, which we use, for example, to identify CO₂ drivers directly within digital building models and to pinpoint specific opportunities for optimization. At the same time, we develop our own digital solutions that are closely integrated into our project work. With AssetScope, for example, we evaluate and manage entire real estate portfolios and create a robust basis for decision-making regarding strategic measures.
