On April 23, the nationwide Career Day for boys and girls took place. Naturally, LIST also participated in the event, which gives children and teenagers a glimpse into the working world.

This was precisely the challenge facing Transgourmet Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG at its Hamburg site. One thing was clear: supply security, the cold chain, and delivery operations must not be compromised at any time. To implement the project, Transgourmet once again turned to LIST Bau—the same partner that had built the original existing building in 2018.

Customized fit-outs for modern office space in the capital: On July 1, 2025, LIST Bau Nordhorn opened a new location in Berlin, breaking new ground not only geographically but also strategically. The new team's focus is on high-quality tenant fit-outs for office properties and the revitalization of existing buildings – flexible, fast, and usage-oriented.

In Dreieich, close to Frankfurt Airport, LIST Bau Nordhorn is implementing an innovative light industrial project for FOUR PARX with a consistently sustainable approach. Two halls with striking wooden structures combine function, design, and ecological responsibility.
