On May 14 and 15, 2025, the Real Estate Arena in Hanover invited attendees to discuss the future of the real estate industry—how can challenges be turned into opportunities, and what new partnerships can be forged? We also shared our insights and solutions. You could find us at our workstation in Hall 4, Booth I36.
The list of key topics for the event was extensive: “Digital Real Estate, Hidden Potentials, Location and Neighborhood Development, Real Estate Perspectives, Project Development, Construction, Operations and Portfolio Management, Residential Construction, Economic Regions.” It was precisely this broad spectrum that made the event particularly exciting for us. A total of ten of our colleagues from the fields of project development, consulting and planning, as well as Construction, were on site in Hanover—bringing with them innovative approaches and concrete project examples. On their wish list were exciting new contacts and a genuine exchange of new ideas and possibilities. Sound interesting? Then we look forward to your next visit to our future workstation.
Jannick Höper on the panel, May 14, 2025 – 2:00 PM.
A glance at the event program revealed that one of our colleagues was also on stage. Jannick Höper, Managing Director and Partner at LIST Eco, participated in the panel discussion “Goodbye Sustainability? Why the Construction and Real Estate Industry Must Take Action Despite Relaxed Reporting Requirements – Automated Accounting, Zero Waste Strategies & Best Practices from Leading Companies” (Hall 3, Booth A02). We gave this a clear recommendation! The LIST Eco team not only combines diverse expertise in the areas of sustainability and digitalization, but also challenges conventional real estate concepts on a daily basis and develops entirely new approaches—and, of course, concrete solutions. Jannick Höper shared insights from this world during the expert panel.
