Jannick Höper, Managing Director of LIST Eco, delivered an engaging presentation: In his talk “Logistics Real Estate: Energy as a Lever for Acceptance by Municipalities?”, he demonstrated how logistics spaces can contribute to the energy transition and thereby create new arguments for attracting logistics facilities—a topic that is also becoming increasingly important for municipalities, developers, and operators. The keynote address, followed by a panel discussion, took place on the third day of the trade show (June 4, 2025) from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Forum of Hall A2 (A2.437).
