In Dreieich, close to Frankfurt Airport, LIST Bau Nordhorn is implementing an innovative light industrial project for FOUR PARX with a consistently sustainable approach. Two halls with striking wooden structures combine function, design, and ecological responsibility.
What is being created here:
On behalf of FOUR PARX, LIST Bau Nordhorn is constructing two turnkey light industrial halls covering around 10,000 square meters using a completely modern timber construction method. The new building is being constructed on a challenging, compact building site – planned sustainably and digitally with LIST Ingenieure and LIST Eco.
- Six minutes to Frankfurt Airport
- Completion at the end of 2025
- Rental space from 2,500 square meters to 10,000 square meters available
Wood as a fundamental concept.
The project combines environmental responsibility with technical precision:
- Wooden supporting structure: columns, roof construction (truss girders), and mezzanine level made almost entirely of wood
- Almost 40 truss girders, each with a span of 30 meters
- Over 850 cubic meters of glued laminated timber (GLT) processed
- Goal: DGNB Gold certification and EU Taxonomy compliance
In addition, we focus on comprehensive functionality:
- BEG-40 standard
- Comprehensive fire alarm system
- Reinforced concrete cistern for firefighting water
- WHG sealing of the hall floor
Sustainability that is clear to see.
With the consistent use of wood, sophisticated technology, and digital planning, more than just a commercial building is being created in Dreieich: a sustainable location with attitude—and lots of potential.
