New Construction of a Complex of Buildings Rostock

In the Hanseatic city of Rostock, LIST Construction completed a turnkey project consisting of a building complex of approximately 15,800 square meters, comprising two hotels and an office complex, including 90 parking spaces for cars and 40 for bicycles.

The new rectangular hotel buildings, with a total of 253 rooms, have been occupied by B&B Hotels and Arthotel ANA as tenants. The office building, on the other hand, is characterized by its rounded edges, faces prominently toward the harbor, and offers approximately 3,500 square meters of leasable space. The tenant fit-outs for the Lunchbox restaurant, @Work Spaces, Ferchau, and the BKA were carried out in stages throughout the construction process.

The three building wings are connected to one another at the ground floor level. This unique design not only unifies the complex but also creates an attractive, open architectural style. The façade is also particularly striking, featuring an interplay of clinker brick strips, reliefs, and stucco strips. As an additional design element, horizontal sheet-metal pilaster strips were integrated into the façade concept, which delineate the individual buildings.

LIST Construction constructed the building complex, including the outdoor facilities, which are also individually designed and feature a diagonal path layout.
