New construction of a building complex Rostock
In the Hanseatic city of Rostock, LIST Construction has completed a turnkey project comprising a complex of approximately 15,800 square meters consisting of two hotels and an office complex, including 90 parking spaces for cars and 40 for bicycles.
The new rectangular hotel buildings, with a total of 253 rooms, have been occupied by B&B Hotels and Arthotel ANA. The office building, meanwhile, is characterized by its rounded edges, faces prominently toward the harbor, and offers approximately 3,500 square meters of leasable space. The tenant fit-outs for the Lunchbox restaurant, @Work Spaces, Ferchau, and the BKA were carried out successively during the construction process.
The three building blocks are connected to one another on the ground floor. This unique design concept both unifies the complex and creates an attractive, open architectural style. The façade is also particularly striking, featuring an interplay of clinker brick slips, reliefs, and plaster strips. Horizontal sheet metal pilaster strips were also integrated into the façade design as an additional design element, structuring the individual buildings.
LIST Construction constructed the building complex, including the outdoor facilities, which are also individually designed and feature a diagonal path layout.
