SEGRO Park Köln City

In Köln, near the city center, LIST Bau completed another construction project for our existing customer SEGRO. We were commissioned to expand SEGRO Park Cologne City.

Within just 12 months, an 11,300 sqm urban logistics space including office and social areas has been created.

The roof structure is made of wood, and QuadCore panels were installed throughout the logistics property to reduce heat loss from the building. DGNB Platinum certification was achieved. Another special feature is that theCO2 limit(400 kgCO2/sqm) was not exceeded during the entire construction process.

A major focus of the project was on sustainability: the in-house planning company LIST Ingenieure was responsible for the BIM model and LIST Eco carried out the life cycle assessment for the entire building.
