logistics center Osterrönfeld
LIST Bau has constructed a turnkey logistics center in Osterrönfeld near Rendsburg.
The general contractor determined the requirements in advance in a workshop with Fit-Shop and incorporated them into the building application plans. Among other things, good planning made it possible to avoid the need for complex special foundations. Approximately 55,000 cubic meters of fill soil were added in layers using the cut-and-fill method. The property consists of a total of six units, including social areas and a mezzanine level. The first two units were handed over to the client on a turnkey basis during construction as part of the early access program.
LIST Ingenieure was responsible for planning the technical building equipment and, among other things, carried out simulations to determine the energy requirements of the property for every hour of the year. The aim was to find the most sustainable solution possible for the operation. The MEP concept scores with a combination of a photovoltaic system, an air heat pump, and a battery system for temporary energy storage. As a result, the logistics center will be operated completely CO₂-free in phases.
