logistics center Hanover
LIST Construction has once again been commissioned by project developer Verdion to construct a turnkey logistics property: a logistics hall measuring around 40,000 square meters with 5,100 square meters of mezzanine space and 3,500 square meters of office and social rooms was built on the Expo site in Hanover within 13 months.
The new building is the second and final phase of the new Verdion Expo Park
Hanover – a state-of-the-art distribution park that stands out thanks to its customizable floor plans. The logistics hall consists of four units that tenants can occupy flexibly.
A drone was used throughout the entire project. LIST Construction regularly flew over the site and digitally monitored and checked the work using the data collected. LIST Ingenieure was responsible for the technical building equipment for the property.
