ESG Verification & EU Taxonomy F-Q3 District in München
In the Fürstenried West neighborhood of Munich, a modern 21st-century district is set to be developed, featuring a high quality of housing and living, affordable rental apartments, and newly constructed buildings.
According to the client, this neighborhood development will create socially responsible and sustainable housing. In total, approximately 620 new, attractive rental apartments in the mid-price range are to be built by 2030, about one-third of which will be subsidized housing.
For the so-called “F-Q3” project (Haus Silberberg), LIST Eco was commissioned by Quartier FÜRstenried West GmbH & Co. geschlossene InvKG to conduct an expanded EU Taxonomy check for the entire FÜRstenried West neighborhood for ESG verification. The EU Taxonomy covers the categories of new construction, renovation, ownership, and acquisition.

- Extended EU Taxonomy Check for the Entire Fürstenried Neighborhood for ESG Verification, EU Taxonomy (New Construction, Renovation, Ownership & Acquisition)
- EU Taxonomy pre-check for New Construction, Protection Goal: Climate Protection and Climate Change Adaptation
- General documentation for DGNB ESG verification regarding the EU Taxonomy and submission to the DGNB
- Special service for environmental objectives: Climate protection, life cycle assessment according to Level(s)
- Special Service: Environmental Objective—Circular Economy, Waste Balance in accordance with the German Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV) for new construction
- Special Service – Environmental Objective: Circular Economy, Assessment of Circular Building Design Based on DGNB V18 TEC1.6 and ECO 2.1
- Special Service – Environmental Objective: Environmental Pollution, Material Ecological Assessment in accordance with DGNB V18 ENV 1.2 and EU Taxonomy-relevant products in accordance with Annex C
- CRREM analysis, including consideration of three different variants of CO₂ emission factors
- Review of the study “CO₂ Life Cycle Assessment for the Fürstenried West Neighborhood” with regard to building-related CO₂ emissions
