Carbon Due Diligence Premium Office in Dortmund
Ashtrom Properties Germany GmbH commissioned LIST Eco to conduct a Carbon Due Diligence Premium for two adjacent buildings on Florianstraße and at Kaiserhain in Dortmund.
The property is an office building with an underground parking garage, four above-ground floors, and two underground floors.
As part of the CDD, the property’s energy performance is analyzed. This analysis identifies how much energy is consumed and discloses how much CO2 the building systems emit during operation.
The goal of CDD is to provide an economically and environmentally sound assessment of renovation measures that takes the following technical and structural aspects into account: energy and CO2 optimization potential, structural feasibility, realistic rough cost estimates, and the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM).
This assessment provides an overview of the E(SG) positioning, identifies risks, and helps to realize existing potential and increase property value in the long term through appropriate renovation measures.
