Loddenheide Campus cathedral

LIST Construction was awarded the contract for the turnkey construction of the Loddenheide Campus in Münster.

The project comprised two L-shaped office buildings with rental space of approximately 5,600 sqm and 6,000 sqm respectively, as well as a parking garage with over 200 parking spaces. The combination options for tenants are particularly attractive: from approx. 250 sqm, the spaces on all floors can be flexibly combined and are equipped for the use of the latest network and communication technologies. A total of four roof terraces and an outdoor area with a modern campus character invite tenants to take relaxing creative breaks.

The five-story new buildings with clinker brick facades fit perfectly into the urban development. Due to the good location of the former barracks site, an office and service scene with well-known companies is already developing there.

Our planning company, LIST Ingenieure, provided consulting services during the bidding phase to ensure the flexibility of the technical building equipment for the as-yet-undetermined room structure. LIST Ingenieure remained responsible for the technical building equipment throughout the rest of the project.
