Building Resource Passport and Circularity Assessment Omega Office Park München
LIST Construction has completed a six-story office building at Omega Park Obersendling using a sophisticated hybrid wood construction method on a turnkey basis—as the starting point for the sustainable redevelopment of the site.
Locally sourced wood was used wherever structural and fire safety requirements permitted. Green roofs and
green roofs and green facades, as well as a groundwater heat pump, further ensure high energy efficiency.
LIST Eco supported the project with comprehensive analyses of circularity, material comparisons, and dismantlability. Based on a BIM model, the building structure and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were evaluated holistically
, including an assessment of the Madaster Dismantlability Index. Alternative material studies—such as the use of recycled concrete—
further improved the sustainability performance. In addition, a digital building resource passport was created in accordance with DGNB standards. Barkawi Holding leased the entire building and also invested in high-quality,
flexible tenant fit-out.
