Building Resource Passport According to DGNB Existing Logistics Building in München
For the Rupert-Bodner-Straße refurbishment project in München, a building resource passport was prepared for an existing building in accordance with current DGNB guidelines. The property is a logistics building and comprises an office wing as well as adjacent cold storage warehouses.
The building resource passport serves as formally recognized evidence of compliance with the EU Taxonomy for the “Renovation” economic activity, in particular DNSH criterion 6.3, “Circularity.” Materials and building components are documented based on the information found in the building; if material data is incomplete, well-founded assumptions are made. These assumptions are based on the year of construction, building type, use, and regional construction methods, as well as on established data sources such as data:NWG and the LIST Gruppe’s practical experience from demolition, existing building, and renovation projects.
BRAND BERGER is finalizing the EU Taxonomy verification for the renovation.
