apartment building cathedral

In Münster, Westphalia, LIST BiB was commissioned to renovate an existing commercial office building.

In nine months of construction, a turnkey residential building with a total of 25 residential units ranging from 30 to 60 square meters and a shared apartment for students and singles was built in a central location. The conversion and renovation work extended from the ground floor to the fourth floor – the police premises in the left part of the building remained fully operational during the construction work.

The modern living spaces score points above all with their loggias. To achieve this, LIST BiB redesigned the existing interior space into a corresponding outdoor space during the course of the work. In the attic, new dormers created
and new balconies were added to the attic, which contribute to the attractiveness

of the apartment building. In addition, the building services in all apartments were replaced and renewed.
