For us, sustainability is not an afterthought, but a guiding principle in all our projects—from design through to operation. We design properties to ensure they are ecologically, economically, and socially sustainable.
LIST takes a holistic approach to sustainability: materials, deconstructability, and life cycle costing (LCC) are taken into account from the very beginning. We design buildings that are environmentally sound, resource-efficient, and adaptable, and we integrate biodiversity and land-use concepts, renewable resources, and climate neutrality—even into existing buildings.
Using a systematic approach, standards such as DGNB, LEED, or BREEAM, and a consistent focus on taxonomy and ESG, we create concepts that stand the test of time, respond flexibly, and demonstrate responsibility toward the environment and society.
