Sustainability.
Building for today. Responsibility for tomorrow.
For us, sustainability is not an add-on, but a guiding principle in all projects—from design to operation. We design real estate in such a way that it is ecologically, economically, and socially sustainable.
LIST takes a holistic approach to sustainability: materials, dismantling capability, and life cycle costing (LCC) are taken into account from the outset. We design buildings that are environmentally friendly, resource-efficient, and adaptable, and integrate biodiversity and land use concepts, renewable resources, and climate neutrality into existing buildings as well.
With a systematic approach, standards such as DGNB, LEED, or BREEAM, and a consistent taxonomy and ESG orientation, we create concepts that are sustainable in the long term, respond flexibly, and take responsibility for the environment and society.
