DLH is planning a new logistics campus in the Bavarian municipality of Dombühl. LIST Eco has been commissioned to develop the sustainability concept. The logistics campus is to consist of 61,100 square meters of warehouse and logistics space, 3,000 square meters of office space, and areas for manufacturing and production. This will be built on a site covering nearly 125,500 square meters.
For the planned construction of a logistics warehouse in Trossingen, LIST Eco was commissioned by its sister company, LIST Bau Stuttgart, to conduct a Carbon Due Diligence Light and a climate risk analysis.
In Emmerich am Rhein, LIST Construction has completed a new B&B Hotel with 89 guest rooms on a turnkey basis. The building was constructed as a climate-friendly non-residential structure in accordance with the EE40 standard.
LIST Bau expanded an existing logistics facility in Hamburg for Transgourmet Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG. The existing building had already been constructed by LIST Bau in 2018.
A new logistics center covering approximately 20,000 square meters was built in the industrial park in Oberhausen. Verdion commissioned LIST Bau to construct the new, turnkey facility.
