LIST Construction is constructing a new turnkey research and laboratory building in Warstein on behalf of GARBE to complement Infineon's headquarters.

LIST Construction constructed a 33,800-square-meter commercial and logistics park in Spreenhagen on behalf of MLP.

In Cologne's trendy Ehrenfeld neighborhood, an open-concept think tank is being developed, featuring spaces such as offices, restaurants, and a fitness center. LIST Eco is part of "THE WID."

In Ponitz, LIST BiB has built a modern, sustainable logistics center with an outdoor area of 10,100 square meters on a site covering approximately 49,500 square meters.

In Dreieich, LIST Construction is constructing a light-industrial project on behalf of FOUR PARX in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport, featuring 10,000 m² of leasable space that makes sustainability visible—with a 100% wood structural framework.

LIST Construction constructed four identical school gyms in Hamburg, south of the Elbe, on behalf of GMH Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH.

On behalf of Willinger Brauhaus GmbH, LIST Bau in Willingen has successfully completed the construction of a new 100-room hotel.

LIST Construction built a new Penny supermarket (Type B) in Oberhonnefeld.

By creating high-quality BIM models for architecture and structural engineering, LIST Eco developed BIM-based building resource passports in accordance with DGNB standards for a comparative analysis of existing buildings, renovation projects, and new construction. This was carried out based on a feasibility study conducted by the Köln Building Authority.

LIST Eco was commissioned to assess the impacts of preserving and renovating an existing building versus demolishing it and constructing a new one
with regard to building- and operation-related CO2 emissions for an office building in Nuremberg, LIST Eco was commissioned.

In June 2024, Phase 5 International commissioned LIST Eco to prepare GEG certifications for five commercial buildings. These are part of the planned construction of a business park in Bergheim, which is to be developed on behalf of Metroloq Projektentwicklung GmbH. The halls have usable floor areas (GFA E00) of approximately 1,390, 3,540, 885, 515, and 1,020 square meters, respectively.

Tested, optimized, and designed for sustainability: A taxonomy-compliant business park has been developed in Bremen. The entire LIST Gruppe provided intensive support for the construction project.
